Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience?
We recommend at least 1–2 years of regular yoga practice but we also welcome beginners. You don’t need to be “advanced” — more important is curiosity, dedication, and openness.
Is the training Yoga Alliance certified?
Yes! Upon successful completion, you will be registered as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance, recognised worldwide.
What if I can’t do a posture?
Yoga isn’t about “doing it all” but about understanding how to teach safely and inclusively. You’ll learn how to adapt and cue for different levels and bodies.
How do I prepare before the immersion?
You’ll complete online modules covering anatomy and philosophy before arriving. This gives you strong foundations, so we can focus on practice and teaching while in the Philippines.
What language is the training in?
All sessions are taught in English.
How do I get to the island?
Fly into Puerto Princesa or El Nido, then take the organised transfer to Dryft Camp (included in the package).
Can I come if I don’t want to teach?
Absolutely! Many students join primarily for self-development. The tools you gain will benefit your practice and daily life, whether or not you teach.
My partner or friend wants to join but not the full training, is this possible?
Yes! They can tag along and book this experience as a retreat.
How do I secure my spot?
Spaces are limited. A €500 deposit secures your place. The remaining balance can be paid in installments before the training.
