Kendra is a spunky, spontaneous, spiritual being, making the most of her human experience through yoga and exploration. With roots in Tantra and Zen Buddhism, she is passionate about sharing yoga as a way of life rather than just a physical practice.
Kendra teaches her own style of vinyasa combining breathwork, holding poses and peak postures, with juicy meditations included in every class. Each class comes alive with gratitude, introspection, compassion, and directed intention. Every offering combines the 8 branches of yoga to unify mind, body, and spirit.
