Nick has a strong passion for truth and has dedicated his life to discovering and living in alignment with his deepest values. He believes that the pursuit of truth is a lifelong journey and that we must continually strive to deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
In recent years, Nick has been drawn to the spiritual traditions of India and has spent time living in Rishikesh, a city in the northern state of Uttarakhand that is often referred to as the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’. Here, he has deepened his practice of yoga and meditation and has connected with a community of like-minded individuals who share his love for spirituality and self-discovery. Nick also has a great love for life and a passion for living in the present moment. He believes that love is the highest expression of the human spirit and strives to cultivate this quality in his interactions with others.
Nick’s teaching capacities are vast. Whilst his classes are primarily focussed on dynamic, functional and mindful movement flows, accompanied by a wide range of breathing and meditative practices, he also loves teaching yin and slow flow. He plays harmonium and practices mantra meditation. All in all, Nick believes in simplicity and creating a practice that helps to cultivate a quiet mind and benevolent Spirit.
