THE RESTAURANT

Indulge in local and southeast Asian delicacies, with a dash of island flavor, specially prepared by our talented team of Filipino chefs. All served inside our architectural art piece, designed by Palawan’s own, Nuno Finez.

THE GUESTS

“This experience is hard to put into words.... we were continually amazed with this place. We have never stayed anywhere so authentic and exclusive as Dryft! It really feels like you are a part of castaway or some other incredible adventure. The food was genuinely some of the best we’ve had in the Philippines!”
