Participants attending the Breathing+Plus DRYFT Retreat from September 23-30, 2024 are required to confirm that they have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

PARTICIPANT CONTRACT RELEASE WAIVER INDEMNITY OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE
This Participant Contract and Release Waiver and Indemnity of Liability Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by me (“Participant”) and BreathingPlus Ltd., Better Breathing and Wellness Ltd. and DRYFT Camp (“Organizer”). In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities involving in-person Breathwork & other activities as advertised for the DRYFT Camp partnership, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Governing Law
- This Agreement is made and entered into under the laws of England & Wales and shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced under and pursuant to these laws.
2. Jurisdiction
- Participant agrees that all disputes between Participant and Organizer will be litigated in London, and Participant waives any rights he/she may have in litigating in any other jurisdiction.
3. Health Certification
- Participant certifies they are not pregnant and do not have epilepsy, a detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, severe psychiatric conditions, or other serious health conditions.
4. Medical Conditions and Risks
- Participant certifies they do not have any medical or physical conditions which would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities that involve physical and/or emotional release or which would cause any risk of harm to themselves or others.
5. Assumption of Risk
- Participant acknowledges that certain activities may be physically, emotionally, and/or mentally stressful, involving deep breathing and physical exertions.
6. Confidentiality
- Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' experiences and personal information shared during sessions. A professional photographer and videographer will be present at the event. If you do not wish to be included in the footage, please inform us prior to the retreat.
7. Release of Claims
- Participant waives and releases any claims against DRYFT, BreathingPlus Ltd., and any associated facilitators for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat.
8. Indemnity
- Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and facilitators from any claims arising from their participation.
9. Responsibility for Property
- Organizer is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or about the premises.
10. Recording and Photography
- No audio, video recordings, or photographs are allowed without prior consent. If you do not wish to be included in footage, please inform us prior to the retreat.
11. Binding Agreement
- This agreement is binding on the participants' heirs, assignees, and representatives. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder will still be enforced.
12. Miscellaneous
- Any additional shared costs incurred during the event will be deducted from the total revenue before the final profit share is calculated.
