Our experienced teachers will guide you through a practice that combines mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. Our yoga styles include Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin and more.  All of our classes are suitable for practitioners of any level, from beginning to advanced - modifications can be offered for those more or less experienced. Morning class teds to be more dynamic, the evening classes are slower flow or Yin.

Often referred to as 'yogic sleep'.  Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that involves deep relaxation and meditation techniques to assist you in reaching a state of consciousness that is similar to sleep, whilst remaining fully aware. Just lie back in a comfortable position and follow a series of verbal ques and
visualizations. The benefits of Nidra are extensive - improved sleep; reduced stress and anxiety: increased creativitv and intuition.

As part of our commitment to your holistic wellness, we offer our yoga retreat guests a whole
and delicious breakfast served after your morning practice. Start your day off right with our set menu breakfast featuring fresh ingredients and produce. In the evening, indulge in a three-course dinner complete with a starter, main course, and dessert, all expertly crafted by our skilled chefs. We cater to a variety of tastes and dietary needs upon request to ensure a truly personalized dining experience.

No trip to El Nido, Palawan is complete without taking opportunity to explore some of the world-famous blue lagoons,
limestone cliffs and beautifully preserved tiny islands that this
part of the Philippines has to offer! The Boat Tour experience is a full day adventure departing after breakfast and arriving back home at sunset. The boat tours are, of course, weather dependent, so should the waves be too choppy, vou'll adventure inland on a tour that can include waterfalls, mangroves, caves and hot springs.

Each guest will have opportunity to indulge in one 60 minute deeply restorative, full body massage during their stay. 'Hilot' is a holistic healing practice that has been passed down for generations in the Philippines. It involves the use of hands-on manipulation, pressure and stretching techniques to release tension, promote relaxation throughout the body and improve the flow of your 'life force energy' to promote physical and emotional balance.

We understand the importance of staying hydrated and refreshed during your stav.
That's why we offer free access to tea and coffee throughout the day, so you can savor your
favorite hot or iced beverages whenever you like. In addition, we provide purified water for drinking and filtered water in our sinks and showers, ensuring that you can safely brush your teeth and refresh yourself throughout the day.
